Scout for Business/for-business

Your customers are about to see this, so you should see it first

Scout for Business shows a business exactly what a buyer sees, computed by exactly the same analysis, with no softening anywhere in the path. It is a mirror, not a lever.

What a workspace gets

Your own reports
Every listing you own, on every platform we cover, at the same depth a buyer gets.
Trend lines
Scout Rating and trust signals over time, so a slide is visible while it is still a slide.
Alerting
On every signal, including review bursts on your own listings, which is frequently the first sign that an agency is doing something on your behalf that you did not ask for.
A competitor set
Up to twenty listings you nominate, monitored the same way. No workspace can ever see another workspace’s set.
Aspect-level breakdown
Which specific thing is dragging the score, with the reviews that say so.
A DMCC compliance report
Your own review corpus run through the same analysis, showing what a regulator would see: incentivisation patterns, gating signatures, burst anomalies, and reviews your own solicitation practices appear to have produced.
Export and webhooks
Your data leaves in a format you can use.

The honest reason a business pays

The Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024 came into force on 6 April 2025 and makes fake and undisclosed-incentivised reviews unlawful in the United Kingdom, not merely against a platform’s terms. Many businesses have a manipulation problem they never commissioned, sitting in reviews an agency generated on their behalf. This is the only tool that shows it to you from the buyer’s side, which is the side the regulator will be standing on.

What a subscription cannot buy

  • Removal of a review
  • Removal of a finding
  • Suppression of a report
  • A change to your Scout Rating
  • Placement in discovery results
  • Advance sight of a report before it publishes

If any of those were purchasable the product would be worth nothing to the buyers it is built for, and therefore worth nothing to you either.

Right of reply, free to everyone

Any business may claim its listing, verified by an email address at the business’s own domain, without a subscription and without a payment. A claimed listing gets a response of up to 500 words shown on the report under the findings, in the same visual weight as the findings; and the right to submit a correction of fact, which is investigated and, where correct, produces a corrected report and a visible correction note.

What it is not: an appeal against the analysis, a route to removal, or a negotiation. We publish what the data shows, you publish what you say about that, and the reader sees both. Responses are moderated only for unlawful content and personal data, never for tone and never for disagreeing with us.
